Qualifications and job description
We are looking for an "Kanban Operation Officer" to be employed in the "Kanban Operation Unit” of our company, which operates in the fasteners industry, in line with the general qualifications and job description listed below.
Job Description
- Monitor, optimize, and improve material flow according to the Kanban system.
- Ensure Kanban cards are created correctly and entered into the system on time and accurately.
- Define, monitor, and revise Kanban levels when necessary.
- Control stock levels and take action in case of overstock or shortages.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely supply of required materials.
- Prevent disruptions in material and production flow in line with integrated management procedures.
- Communicate and coordinate with related departments and guide the team to ensure smooth processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in material receiving, inspection, tracking, and delivery to the production line,
- Basic knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel),
- Valid driving license and active driving skills.
